About Packaging Technician

What does a Packaging Technician do?

As packaging technicians, we mainly work in production houses. Our main responsibility is to ensure the proper packaging of all products. We also work closely with the marketing team to design packaging that will provide the safe delivery of products. Along with all these roles, we decide labels, type of material, and safety measures for products and deliver them. As packaging technicians, we are also responsible for recommending packing methods that can save money and time. We are also responsible for selecting suitable suppliers.

Core tasks:

  • negotiating with clients and suppliers about product packing and delivery
  • designing product labels and packing with the marketing team
  • ensuring safe packing of all products
  • choosing the title and packing material
