I started in Oct loved working for the company, much better pay even paying overnight hours we slept. Easy enough to trade shifts if needed. Sadly my gall bladder quit which sent me to the ER, led to a botched surgery plus 7 additional operations to save my life or repair the damage from first surgery 4 months hospitalized and left me unable to work for an extended time.
Pros and Cons
With planning schedules could be traded around to accommodate important family events.
