About Painter

What does a Painter do?

As Painters, we wash walls, prepare holes, and remove old paint in order to paint a surface. We are also tasked with applying paints and other artistic finishes to various surfaces while ensuring that we match the clientโ€™s exact needs and colors by correctly mixing colors together. We work with hand artists to provide unique decorative and faux finishes to the project while handling all of the planning and prep work professionally and efficiently. We also prepare the surrounding areas by covering them with plastic, newspapers, or cloth to prevent paint drops from damaging the floor or the furniture.

Core tasks:

  • estimate the right amount of materials and time required for each project
  • choose and purchase on behalf of the client brushes, paint, and other supplies from vendors
  • move furniture and equipment whenever necessary to reach the entire workable surface
