What does a Paramedic Supervisor do?

We, paramedic supervisors, are required to have basic and advanced skills to deal with emergency situations. Our job requires us to ensure our patients are provided with efficient health care services. We also respond to any emergency situation and deal with it using the right treatment. Our job also requires us to have critical decision-making skills in times of an emergency. We are also in charge of training EMTs as well as paramedics. As paramedic supervisors, we observe their performance and guide them accordingly.
