Job Description

Our Brownstown, MI location is currently looking for an internal Administrative Assistant. This position will assist the Branch Manager with administrative tasks. Hours will typically be 10AM-3PM, Monday-Friday. Pay will be $12.00 hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones
  • Assist employees that call or come into the office
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Scanning documents
  • Helping staff with applicants

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative or reception experience required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service experience

TASKS

  • Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
  • Fill customer orders from stock and place orders when requested items are out of stock.
  • Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
  • Read catalogs, microfiche viewers, or computer displays to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
