About Partner Account Manager

What does a Partner Account Manager do?

As partner account managers, we are responsible for maintaining and growing channel partner relationships on behalf of our organization. We also may play a part in finding and recruiting strategic partners. We develop meaningful value propositions, using our good understanding of our organization’s products as well as the partner’s business model. We establish and track business goals and performance metrics, such as depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation. Overall, we act as a key contact person for channel partners.

  • recruiting and retaining strategic partners
  • developing and implementing strategic plans for partnership, setting objectives for business growth
  • keeping stakeholders updated on partner activities
