BuzzyBooth is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Business Development Partnerships Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience ideating, pitching and executing impactful partnerships and developing exciting collaborations. In this role, you will identify potential reseller, referral, technology integration and marketing partnerships and execute to scale our business initiatives and maximize our full potential.
Things that you will be responsible for:
  • Plan and build out channel partnership programs to expand BuzzyBooth?s selling capability in market.
  • Identify target partners and create strategic partnerships that can repeatedly drive large volumes of clients to BuzzyBooth.
  • Explore new business opportunities with strategic partners, and execute against metrics and milestones to drive revenue.
  • Develop decks, presentations, and pitch materials for strategic partners.
  • Independently manage the negotiation process from exploration, discussion, contract, execution, and launch.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams to define product priorities and roadmap; work with the marketing team to define partner marketing initiatives.
  • Enable partner deal support, cross-functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in business development driving revenue growth via partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and closing strategic partnerships
  • Outbound focused, comfortable presenting at the C-suite level and leading sales calls and meetings.
  • Revenue focused & metrics driven: building partnerships is exciting for you, first and foremost, if and only if it drives material revenue to the business.
  • Proven track record of executing successful partnerships at past companies.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational/multi-tasking/prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans

TASKS

  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
