What does a Parts Manager do?

As Parts Managers, we work at a company to oversee the inventory levels. We are responsible for supervising the teams, maintaining the stocks in the display, and monitoring the repairment operations. As Parts Managers, we act as the supervisor for ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. Some of us also assist in marketing and sales activities to boost sales. We usually work in construction sites and auto dealerships.
