About Parts Specialist

What does a Parts Specialist do?

As Parts Specialists, we maintain and manage records of all sales and customers transaction and ensure total compliance with the company’s guidelines. We also maintain and optimize the parts’ display by coordinating with internal and external customers and the display team to ensure that the displayed parts are trendy to spark interest in the prospect’s eye. We administer the refunds, keep track of warranties and update the computer system for special orders while managing and processing incoming invoices.

Core tasks:

  • maintain an accurate record of all parts purchased and received
  • perform regular cycle count and ensure that all parts comply with all safety regulations
  • stay up-to-date with current trends by participating in various training programs
