About Passenger Service Agent

What does a Passenger Service Agent do?

As Passenger Service Agents, we are responsible for providing all necessary help and support to passengers. We help passengers with check-in, baggage processing, reservations and ticketing, and boarding. Supporting passengers on arriving on international flights and extending customer service and information to passengers is one of our daily responsibilities. We estimate the balance and weight of aircraft and reschedule passengers with aircraft interruptions. Working as Passenger Service Agents, we execute ticket and baggage tag printing equipment and welcome and greet passengers. We also offer frontline customer service to passengers and supervise the aircraft cleaning process.
