We, pastry cooks, collaborate with the executive chefs for designing the seasonal pastry items and dessert menus. We oversee the pastries baking for the display of the confectionaries, cater to the special pastry request and execute the pastry orders for special events and catered events. Furthermore, we design and bake desserts, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, and sweets. We create pastry fillings, confectionery decorations, and learn the latest baking techniques. As pastry cooks, we implement pastry baking techniques for preparing traditional pastries and other desserts. In addition, we hire and train the pastry staff and ensure their compliance with food regulations.
