About Patent Agent

What does a Patent Agent do?

As patent agents, we are in charge of helping clients in securing patents. We have to work with ownership interests in scientific developments. We have to perform our job to secure patents by performing procedures including preparing, documenting, and indicting applications. Our key job is to ensure that the intellectual property rights of discovery are sustained at all times. Our job duties include monitoring new patents and calling out violations when required. We are a liaison between the inventors and the offices.

  • managing and collaborating with the inventors
  • creating patent procedures for inventions or products
  • reviewing and assessing the purchase of patents and patent licensing
  • maintaining and managing files and data
