Description

As Patient Registrars, we are responsible for collecting patient information and verifying insurance details. We manage admissions and discharges and arrange for patient transfers when required. Providing required information to medical staff and entering patient information into computer databases is one of our main responsibilities. We receive patients, record information, and answer patient queries. We digitize patient information, collect payments, and ensure validation. Working as Patient Registrars, we file patient records and obtain signatures from patients on hospital forms. We also observe and maintain patient confidentiality according to state and federal laws.
