As Patient Access Representatives, we greet incoming patients and their personal caregivers upon their arrival in the facility in accordance with the company’s standards of operations. We collect patient information, including medical history, personal details such as phone/address/name, and insurance information. We also assist patients in filling paperwork and go over the details with them while ensuring that the provided information is correct and checks out with other medical records.
