About Patient Advocate

What does a Patient Advocate do?

As Patient Advocates, we advocate on behalf of our patients and defend their insurance claims when the insurer refuses to reimburse their bills. We also coordinate with lawyers to sue the insurance company if the situation is deemed unfair towards the patient while ensuring that the paperwork checks out and other similar cases that occurred before. We contact patients to let them know whether their insurer deemed that their medical case was aligned with their criteria.

Core tasks:

  • assist patients in setting up a repayment plan
  • provide expert testimony in courts If required
