We update the practice management system with new employee details. Scheduling appointments with new and existing patients are also a part of our duty. We obtain authorizations and confirm insurance benefits. We coordinate and maintain extended patient approvals and revised prescriptions. Working as Patient Coordinators, we are responsible for entering and updating patient information. We ensure that new hires have access to patient information and practice administration approvals. Finally, we coordinate and manage changes in technician and patient scheduling.
