About Patient Service Coordinator

What does a Patient Service Coordinator do?

As Patient Service Coordinators, we perform multiple data entry tasks such as entering patients’ information into the database after contacting their insurance provider to ensure that the information is correct. We also inform the patients about the services offered by the clinic and assist them in choosing the one that suits their needs the most by setting up a quick consultation with a physician or an intern. We answer incoming phone calls from patients or medical specialists to set a room for the patient and prepare the ER if needed.
