As Patient Service Representatives, we are tasked with scheduling patient appointments based on the situation’s urgency and available rooms while ensuring that there are doctors on shift. We also send transportation to collect doctors from their homes in case of a major emergency to perform life-saving procedures. We inform patients about delays in the results and average waiting times in accordance with the clinic’s standards of operation. We also assist the patients in filing their paperwork by ensuring that signatures match their ID and contact their reference and insurance provider to ensure that the information is correct before entering it into the database.
