It is difficult to speak poorly about any employer I’ve had, but if it’s truth you are seeking I will share that. It’s important that you realize working for this company is literally a dead end job. The promise for growth and support are all falsifying and a way to get you in the door. After working there training is a farce support is very much lacking and accountability as leaders is by far the worst I’ve seen. If you ask would I recommend this opportunity the answer is a flat “NO”. While awaiting for shoulder surgery I received a call stating I’m fired. Yes while getting my shoulder cut open Paycom fired me. Take that in to account when deciding to join the team.

You will be overworked and be scored points like everyday is an examination you are writing. The point system is used to determine promotions on average of 2 years. No raise, no bonus while waiting for that promotion that comes with a very small raise. Honestly, this system makes it impossible for colleagues to help each other. Everybody is looking out for their selfish interest ONLY. Team work/spirit is a mirage.

Pros and Cons
Reduced Lunch fee
Bad leadership and flawed policy

If you’re looking for a job in the tech industry, look elsewhere. Paycom has low compensation and even lower morale. They tout Codeathons where workers aren’t compensated. Instead they are paid in Paycom currency. They only support growth if you want to become a manager. There are much better companies that treat and compensate their employees for what they’re worth.

Pros and Cons
Discounted lunch, gym, privacy booths
Monitor search history, low compensation, low morale and support

If you follow all the rules, you are happen to have career growth that takes 6+ years, and you don't mind the change in salary you will like Paycom. Its a good beginning, but this will not be a life long career for you. Upper management is incredibly disconnected, no matter what they say to you at the end of the day you are another number. No one cares about anything that is personally happening to you even if it effects you going to work or being able to complete projects. no exceptions.

Pros and Cons
you get free stuff
you will not grow in your career or salary

They say they care about the quality of work but they don't. It is all about the quantity even if it is entered wrong.

Pros and Cons
Nothing about Paycom is pro.
Doesn't care about the quality of work only and I mean only the quantity.
