Job Description

Payroll AdministratorAtlantic Staffing Consultants is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator. This position will require a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask and practice effective time management.

Duties:

  • Partner with other Payroll Administrator and process weekly payroll.
  • Labor reporting and analysis.
  • The document, organize, update, audit various payroll related information.
  • Communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Support HR team as required.
  • Ability to fulfill project execution and follow up.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all information in the HRIS system
  • Balance multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Payroll/HR experience.
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of Labor Law and General HR practices.
  • Advanced MS Excel computer skills.
  • Local candidates only.
  • Technologically savvy and open to learning new systems

TASKS

  • Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
  • Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
  • Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.

  • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Computers and ElectronicsKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
