What does a Payroll Associate do?

As Payroll Associates, our primary tasks include managing and processing an organization’s payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and maintaining payroll records. We use payroll software and systems to enter data, calculate wages, tax deductions, and other withholdings. We handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related issues, and we ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. We, Payroll Associates, also assist with the preparation of payroll reports and help with the yearly audits.
