I worked there for a couple more months before I was laid off. I was lowest on the totem pole so felt I was fed jobs where the best candidates were already contacted, which led to me not finding good leads that fit the criteria. There is an hourly wage, which is good security before you're promoted to the base salary with uncapped commission. Unfortunately, I got laid off before that was possible. But, if you don't fear cold calling and like helping people out then it is a rewarding job. It just wasn't for me.
