Job Overview:

The Penthouse Manager works closely with the Front of House Manager and the Rooms Executive to lead and create the standards for theday-to-day operations of thePenthouse private ownership club area. The Penthouse Manageroffers friendly, efficient registration and information to all owners, fellow associates, and visitors. In addition, the Penthouse manager provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues. As the Penthouse Manager, you will work with a close-knit team while enjoying the benefits of working with a larger organization, Hyatt.

Essential Functions:*

1. Developing and implementing strategies forthePenthouse office and lobby including Concierge and Food and Beverage servicesthat support the achievement of the Spruce Peak's goals
2. Manages the operation of the Penthouses and related areas
3. Conducts the reservation process for all Penthouse Owners
4. Ensures aconsistent, seamless luxurious guest arrival and departure experience
5. Works with the Director of Rooms to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed correctly
6. Performs inventories, purchasing, budgeting, and scheduling
7. Maximizes use of guest history information to ensure a high levelof guest recognition and personalized service
8. Maintains a daily log of important information to share with the department
9. Provides employees with the information needed to perform their job effectively
10. Provides feedback to the employee and department head on the employee's performance of job responsibilities and performs regular job performance evaluations
11. Communicates with all departments regarding in house and arriving VIP's, and any special needs


**Qualifications:**
* College degree preferred
* 2-3 years prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
* Experience in high volume establishments
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Technical proficiency (basic computer applications)
* Management experience preferred
* Customer service experience
* Understanding of hospitality operating systems
* Understanding of Rooms Division Departments
* Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
* Operate effectively in stressful situations
