As Performance Coaches, we supervise athletes during the use of free-weight, bodyweight resistive exercise, and equipment-based while document their overall progress to estimate the improvement in their performance. We also supervise athletes at all times to ensure that potential small and serious injuries are avoided at all costs by ensuring that each athlete understands and follows every established safety guideline and protocol. We educate athletes on proper lifting techniques of free weights and machine lifting to boost their overall performance by using their body weight to leverage weights, use their legs instead of back to perform heavy lifting while ensuring that their backs are straights to avoid spine damage.
