About Performance Specialist

What does a Performance Specialist do?

As Performance Specialists, we perform a performance analysis. We prepare reports and check current performance trends. We advise the management team on potential performance risks. We develop strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives and legislation. We are responsible for the ongoing analysis of information. We oversee factors including performance and demographic data. We check the database used to track placements. We develop procedure manuals for tracking placements. We produce monthly reports analyzing placements to contract requirements.

Core tasks:

  • produce a report of findings and maintain corrective action log
  • provide guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors
  • provide weekly reports on performance to the leadership team as assigned
  • instruct, motivate, and assist clients to achieve their goals
  • update training plans and re-evaluating clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • maintain constant communication with clients
  • report various metrics to operations
