If you are not buddies with the bosses, forget advancement. If you are just working for pay, its a decent job. Drama everwhere. Lots of OT but no personal time. High pressure to perform.

No Sunday work. Decent benefits.
They say 'open door' and 'no favoritsm' but thats a lie.
