We manage and coordinate the routing and tracking of plans to various departments and outside agencies for required reviews and clearance. Performing follow-up checks and ensuring timeliness of response from other departments and agencies is one of our main responsibilities. We manage and oversee the application approval processes and issuance of permits. Working as Permit Coordinators, we supervise and coordinate the provision of efficient and effective service delivery to customers. We handle customer service situations and identify and recommend opportunities for improving service delivery methods.
