Personal Assistant

As Personal Assistants, we provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a timely and well-organized manner. We answer phone calls, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and making travel arrangements. We type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.

Core tasks:

• entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
• managing intern and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
• scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders
• observing excellent business practices
• ordering supplies and replacements
