Our client located in Greenwich, CT is currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Executive Assisant to assist in the corporate office and home setting. The office is located in Greenwich and the home in Katonah. Candidate must be flexible to commute to both locations. Candidate must be pet-friendly. Office hours with be Monday through Friday 9-5. 24/7 availability via phone required.

  • MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, And Google Applications
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Personal Assistant in a home office and corporate office setting

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.

  • Administration and ManagementKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • ClericalKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Computers and ElectronicsKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
