About Personal Banking Representative

What does a Personal Banking Representative do?

As Personal Banking Representatives, we are responsible for providing support to bank clients and assisting with account management and other transactions. We understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable bank products accordingly. Assisting in selling and promoting bank products and providing excellent customer service is one of our main responsibilities. We participate in sales and marketing events and assist in account opening and closing operations. Working as Personal Banking Representatives, we build positive working relationships with customers and develop customer outreach and retention strategies. We also respond to customer inquiries regarding bank statements and service charges.

Core tasks:

  • address client concerns and resolve them
  • coordinate with the bank manager and other staff
  • update bank products and services
