About Personal Trainer

What does a Personal Trainer do?

As Personal Trainers, we assess customers body strengths and weaknesses and try to make a comprehensive, adaptable and easily follow up plan. We provide physical and mental instructions with a guideline menu to track progress on regular basis. Our Personal Trainers make sure that our clients' workout proficiently in individual and small groups. With more health issues emerging in a growing population, we track fitness progress of each particular client by providing extensive and brief zumba styles, aerobic, lifts and cross fitness workouts.

Core tasks:

  • evaluation of customer's needs
  • assignment of appropriate exercise activities
  • track customer's fitness routine
  • provide expertise guidelines for sports and fitness styles
