I absolutely loved working at P.F. Changs just not enough hours. Everyone was so friendly. And we all supported each other. Wish they hadn't closed.

I made lots of money but had no life because it was consumed by 80 hour work weeks. Sous Chefs were not strong enough to manage while away. Hourly staff was amazing and many were promoted to management.

Fun productive work place, great hands on owner! Who goes the extra mile. Padrick can work any and all stations in the entire restaurant and help train hourly employees at said position. Was truly a pleasure to work for him and this company.
