What You Will Do :
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Clinical Operations with professional experience working with hospital systems, payers, pharmaceutical companies and/or delegated entities managing healthcare projects for improvement in operations or financials. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to drive change create value and deliver excellence.
You will have hands on clinical experience and the ability to use process change and data to transform healthcare. Experience with hospital systems, specilaty and retail pharmacies, post-acute facilities, or payers required. Understanding of project management and delivery of results to stakeholders.
What You Will Need :
Experience in Healthcare operations creating value through change.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2-years of experience in hospitals, payers, and/or delegated entities or possess MBA or MPH with 1+ years of experience
High Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and ability to independently produce documents flawlessly
Experience with healthcare data analysis to drive change in operations or financials. Ability to analyze current state and deliver a future state through process change and data
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Must have high proficiency in excel and PowerPoint.
Understands qualitative and quantitative information to build client capabilities and appropriately determine priority areas of opportunity; able to interpret data effectively
Able to effectively research industry requirements to bring clarity to complex environments, such as local market data, regulatory requirements, or industry benchmarks
Collaborates with internal and external entities to improve process standards to reduce medical costs across the service delivery system
Works effectively on a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage projects
Demonstrates flexible, positive, clear interpersonal and communication skills with ability to facilitate the exchange of information within all levels of Guidehouse has well as client organizations.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Knowledge and understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Managment, Medical Benefit Plan Management, DUR and Physician administered drug policies, and/or Chronic Condition Management within hospital systems, post-acute providers, and/or payers.
Demonstrates an understanding of evolving reimbursement models, including commercial payers, Medicaid and Medicare.
Pharmacist professional licensure.
The annual salary range for this position is $67,400.00-$134,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Functioning as Pharmaceutical Consultants, we are responsible for interacting with the Laboratories for conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis tests of pharmaceutical products. We have the ability to review the analytical data and update the existing ones based on the results of the new analysis. Working as pharmaceutical Consultants, we are accountable for advising the patients about their medication and other pharmaceutical medical treatments. We supervise the operations of a pharmaceutical laboratory and manage all stages of Pharmaceutical operations. We monitor the clinical studies of the pharmaceutical tested products to write the data reports for them. We also ensure the compliance of the laboratory with the regulatory standards of the technology.
