Working at this company was a deeply frustrating experience. Leadership consistently demonstrated poor communication, lack of vision, and no real commitment to developing or retaining talent. There was no evidence of a thoughtful or data-driven strategy—decisions felt reactive, not strategic, and often lacked transparency or rationale. The culture is rigid and hierarchical: a "do as I say" environment where questioning processes or offering new ideas is discouraged. Innovation, creativity, and employee development are not supported, and there is little to no room for growth. Rather than empowering staff, leadership tends to micromanage and dismiss frontline feedback, which leads to burnout and high turnover.
