Phoebe Putney Health System Company Reviews and Ratings
May 5, 2025
Working at this company was a deeply frustrating experience. Leadership consistently demonstrated poor communication, lack of vision, and no real commitment to developing or retaining talent. There was no evidence of a thoughtful or data-driven strategy—decisions felt reactive, not strategic, and often lacked transparency or rationale.
The culture is rigid and hierarchical: a "do as I say" environment where questioning processes or offering new ideas is discouraged. Innovation, creativity, and employee development are not supported, and there is little to no room for growth. Rather than empowering staff, leadership tends to micromanage and dismiss frontline feedback, which leads to burnout and high turnover.
If you're looking for a place to grow, be heard, or contribute meaningfully to long-term solutions—this is not it.

If you're not in the click and if your not a yes man you are just a walking target. No chance for advancement, no confidentiality with management, everybody will know. Upper management acts like they care but then they do nothing to make changes. They don't hold teamleaders accountable. Everybody is unhappy. Too many managers even if that's not what they are,
Pros and Cons
