What does a Phone Banker do?

As phone bankers, we work at the banks or call centers to provide the customers with banking information and for answering their queries over the phone. We inform the customers of the changing banking policies and procedures, process their financial applications, and handle their financial transactions. As phone bankers, we ensure that the data of the client is safe and secure in all possible ways. We use banking softwares and other applications to complete the tasks assigned to us.
