What does a Physical Therapist Center Manager do?

As Physical Therapist Center Managers, we are responsible for managing and overseeing therapy teams. We provide leadership in the market rehabilitative services. We also participate in management meetings. Utilizing local community networks to achieve optimal patient outcomes is also part of our duty. We expand and build teams of therapists and physical therapist assistants. We also contribute to case management. Working as Physical Therapist Center Managers, we are responsible for supervising the implementation of treatment plans. We also provide leadership to market rehabilitative services and specialty programs to the medical community. Finally, we participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Core tasks:

  • supervising center activities and therapy tams
