About Physician Recruiter

What does a Physician Recruiter do?

As Physician Recruiters, we are responsible for screening, interviewing and recruiting qualified physicians for hospital and healthcare practices. We oversee the processing of candidates and hire properly skilled individuals for the open positions within the organization. In addition, we present yearly staff development plans, and we research and participate in conferences, job fairs, and Physician Recruitment opportunity events. Moreover, we monitor and maintain the recruitment budget, and coordinate recruitment activities with HR personnel.

Core tasks:

  • assisting and coordinating the development of strategic physician recruitment plans
  • developing and maintaining advertising for recruiting efforts
  • maintaining and managing appropriate and relevant communication with the candidates
