We monitor employee activities to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Following up food inspections and taking corrective and preventive actions as necessary is one of our main responsibilities. We perform in-house inspections and ensure food safety protocols are followed. Working as PIC, we monitor employee hygiene and verify receiving process, cooking, and storage of foods. We also verify the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
