In the role of Pilot Instructor, our primary responsibility is to oversee the flight operations. We work collaboratively with the other pilot instructors to train and coach the fresh graduates about the work. We prepare teaching plans for instructing the new pilot students. Working as Pilot Instructors, we are accountable for coordinating with the maintenance personnel of the helicopters. We participate in the completion of assigned tasks within the given timeline. We address the queries of our students and provide them with the best possible guidance regarding the profession.
