This is a wonderful company. They are a front runner-a leader and progressive competitor in the O&G Industry. They are always forward thinking and two steps ahead of the oftentimes volatile industry. The benefit are superb. The atmosphere is challenging and exciting. I highly recommend Pioneer without reservation. Benefits are exceptional-2 for 1 401k up to 5% of salary. Stock purchase at discount. Yearly bonus and stock. Discounts at cell phone provider, Accrued Paid time off , Maternity leave at premium. Very personable, and exciting place to work.
