About Placement Specialist

What does a Placement Specialist do?

As Placement Specialists, we are responsible for researching, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in various appropriate positions within the organization. Our duties also include educating candidates on company compensation and benefits packages, helping them complete and submit the hire documentation, and processing paperwork in collaboration with other relevant departments. In addition, we perform scheduling and orientation training, arrange travel and accommodation for new employees, and submit relevant status and performance reports to management.

  • monitoring and updating relevant databases of the organization
