Plastic Omnium is a French automotive supplier that is specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of plastic products. Pierre Burelle founded Plastic Omnium in 1946, and its headquarter is based in Levallois, France. The company began by making plastic steering columns for Renault and then extended its supply contracts to other car manufacturers in France and abroad. In 2015, the company made a tender offer in the French industry, Reydel, and then acquired it from its major stakeholder Compagnie Financiere de Turenne.
