About Player Services Representative

What does a Player Services Representative do?

As Player Services Representatives, we ensure interactions with internal and external guests, issue compliance in accordance with complying policies, process cash transactions for customers and employees. We enroll patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all promotions. The Player Services Representatives answer phone calls professionally and pleasantly, cash customer checks, and establish information accounts for guests to speed up further check to cash, redeem players' winnings for cash, process credit/debit card, and cash advance checks. We ensure that the drawers are at the appropriate impressed amount at the beginning and end of each shift and perform buys with the main bank to keep the drawer stocked through the current shift and the next shift. We meet department appearance and grooming requirements, meet the job's attendance guidelines, adhere to the regulatory, department, and company policies, and keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
