What does a Police Records Clerk do?

In the role of Police Records Clerk, we are responsible for receiving and editing incoming police reports which include the arrest, offense, and crash records. We have to perform data entry of citations and warning tickets. Our goal is to establish police reports and trained complaints about attorneys, courts, and victims. We are capable of managing the police records management filing system. As Police Records Clerks, our primary goal is to receive payment of alarm permits. Some of us have to establish daily transmission of cash and credit receipts. We have to answer incoming calls and prepare monthly statistical reports.
