About Portfolio Assistant

What does a Portfolio Assistant do?

As Portfolio Assistants, we assist the manager in providing portfolio management services. We track opening and termination of all customer accounts. It is our job to check achievement of milestones and updates. We are responsible for contacting clients in verbal or written form to gather vital information about their insurance plan. We perform all clerical duties for portfolio management such as scheduling meetings. It is our responsibility to resolve all issues about portfolio management and provide help to clients. By entering the records and findings in database, we ensure its accuracy and integrity. We also track cash and settlements for all accounts.

  • provide enhancement to portfolio management
  • montitor opening and closing of all customer accounts
  • track settlements for maintaining records
  • resolve all issues regarding portfolio management
