It is our job to check achievement of milestones and updates. We are responsible for contacting clients in verbal or written form to gather vital information about their insurance plan. We perform all clerical duties for portfolio management such as scheduling meetings. It is our responsibility to resolve all issues about portfolio management and provide help to clients. By entering the records and findings in database, we ensure its accuracy and integrity. We also track cash and settlements for all accounts.
