Job Description

Call Zach at 509-570-1029 if you are interested! Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hr. Responsibilities: As Office Administrator you will be greeting visitors as they arrive, answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate team member, maintain and book travel schedule using SAP Concur, manage temp staffing and staffing needs. Office tasks including: scanning, filing and database updating. Requirements: Will be working with sales associates. Looking for strong willed candidates! Looking for highly motivated, task-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to fill these new openings. Must have never been let go for attendance. Experience with Microsoft Excel.   • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.

  • Computers and ElectronicsKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
