Job Description

The TerrAscend Organization (OTCM: TRSSF) is permitted to cultivate, process, and dispense premium medical marijuana products to the medical marijuana patients in US States that have legalized medical marijuana products in a compassionate and safe manner. TerrAscend is creating an enduring, world-class company capable of operating under the standards of a highly regulated business looking to shape the future of medical marijuana-based therapies in the markets we serve.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Adhere to the daily production schedule to ensure attainment of efficiency goals.

• Verify that all applicable working areas, tools, and processing equipment are maintained and in good working order prior to the start of each shift or batch.

• Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces.

• Produce reliable and precise data for completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory, and state mandated seed to sale documentation.

• Accurately fill out all associated logs and tracking records.

• Ensure all cure room processes are performed with attention to strict quality and safety standards, regulatory compliance, and all other applicable legal and food safety requirements.

• In addition to helping on the floor, leads are responsible for assisting in the management of their team members throughout their shift, preparing and closing the room at the beginning and end of the day, returning finished and in process work to the secure and keeping equipment in good working condition.

• Contribute to continuous improvement processes.

• Ensure the safety of themselves and other by maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.

• Other duties in Post-Harvest department or other departments as required

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivate with willingness to learn

• Ability to focus, strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Excellent Communication Skill

• Ability to maintain accurate data and log

• Ability to give and follow direction

• Proficient Microsoft Excel, Office Skill

• Experience in MJ Freeway/Cannabis Seed-to-sale

• Ability to pass a state background check

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lb

• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and or walking for extended periods of time.

Background Check Requirement
