About Postdoctoral Fellow

What does a Postdoctoral Fellow do?

We, postdoctoral fellows, are trainees working in an internship mode in preparation for a career as scientific professionals. We have to contribute to quality research outputs and theoretical support to projects. Our job duty is to design, organize and conduct highly specified and advanced experiments by using established scientific conventions and techniques. We also have to case design new protocols, summarize conclusions and publish conclusions in research journals. Our general responsibility is to supervise and guide inexperienced and new technicians, students, and researchers.

Core tasks:

  • working together to complete research plans
  • producing clear and appropriate archives of experimental work
  • reviewing and studying literature and analyzing data
  • directing molecular, biochemical, and social research
