We, postdoctoral scholars, are in charge of performing research work to analyze and refining procedures for recommendations on assigning healthcare resources. We have to perform various job tasks including designing, organizing, and conducting exclusively specialized and advanced experiments. We have to perform these experiments using all safety protocols and scientific methodologies. Our additional job tasks include briefing results and publishing conclusions in research journals. Being postdoctoral scholars, our responsibilities are supervising, administrating, and providing guidance to inexpert, technicians, students, and researchers.
