Potbelly was a good company to work for. They have a great culture, and love to promote from within. I started as an entry level associate and moved up to Assistant Manager. I was encouraged to grow and management gave me recognition and realized my potential. There were some annoying assignments, like giving away cookies in hopes of capturing new business when really people just grabbed a free cookie and kept going. Overall this company tries it's best to be the best place for lunch, and a favorite employer.

Pros and Cons
Fast paced environment, friendly workers and managers
Constant pressure to make more money when the peak of our business was from 12 to 3pm
